The color we use to match this one is the light neutral (2037), which is an almost off white color. As far as the adhesive goes, either one will do the job well because both of the headliner adhesives we offer has a high heat resistance, the Max is made for applying auto headliners while the 3M high tack is an all around adhesive. Again I say, either one will do the job well, it would be up to the individual to which one they want to use.
