Sagging headliners
I have a 91 Buick Skylark with a sagging headliner. Is this model equipped with a liner board and if so how is it attached to the top of the car? How do I remove it in order to use adhesive to attach the liner? Do you have detailed instructions on how to do this?
Yes, the 1991 Buick Skylark has a headliner board somewhere up there on the other side of that sagging cloth. The headliner board is not attached to the car - it is held in place by side trim, visor mounts, clothes hanger hooks and/or dome lights and consoles. Once these are removed the headliner will fall free and can be removed through the passenger side door. We do not have detailed instructions for the Buick Skylark, but you can view any of our online step by step auto headliner installations and see basically how to remove and recover your headliner in the Buick Skylark.
