I have a 1990 Chevrolet Lumina Van with a sagging headliner. How does one remove the old headliner? Please reccommend a procedure.
The proceedure for removing the headliner board from the vehicle is the same as most other automobiles. Remove or loosen the trim so that the board can fall free; or either so that the headliner board can be freed by working it from side to side (out from under one side of the trim); and remove it from the Astro van. Good thing about a minivan is; that the headliner board can be removed through the rear gate - man that makes it much easier. Could you imagine trying to remove that thing through the front door.
This headliner kit will fit the 1990 Astro van.
