Most likely it will fit because the body style of the Ford Super Cab trucks with 4 doors didn't change until 2004 - it looks like the body styles of the Ford F150's were the same from 1999 through 2003. So I am guessing that it will be a perfect fit for your truck. [there may be some different apparatuses mounted in the roof of the trucks, but the headliner board ought to be the same]
