Dome lights
What holds the dome light an automobile?
The dome lights are attached in basically 2 ways ...
1. They are put up with screws or with retainer clips. To get to the screws or the clips...the dome light cover must come off. This can be done by prying it gently up on the lens. Once the lens is off, you can easily get to the screws or retainer clips.
2. They are built into the headliner. Some headliner dome lights are manufactured into the headliner board, the lens still comes off, but it's not attached to the metal roof. It has to be unplugged from the electrical connector, and it will come out with the headliner board.
