I have a 1984 ford F-250. How do I get the metal trim off so I can remove the headliner to replace it?

I believe that this trim has a couple of screws in either end; and some metal clips that you can't see that holds the trim in place. Remove the screws and firmly pull at the bottom of the trim and it will pop loose, those metal clips work well in keeping the trim tight through the middle.

Standard cab truck headliner kit will fit this truck.
